William G. Arvan (Bill) and his wife, Patricia, were missionaries who served with SEND International for 36 years in the Republic of the Philippines. During 13 years of that time Bill had the privilege of teaching Bible at the Far Eastern Bible Institute and Seminary as well as having a Lay Leadership Development teaching ministry among churches. While retired Bill made a total of 10 trips to the Balkans, Ukraine, and Russia teaching Bible in Bible Institutes and churches.
Everywhere in his travels Bill saw the need for “grass root” practical teaching and application of the Word of God. To help meet that need, the Lord led Bill to put some of his teaching materials into printed form, six titles are now available. They are listed in this website with a brief description of their contents. These are tried and tested practical illustrated materials.
